I have been a member since December 2009 and after many years of gym memberships I can honestly say this is money well spent! They have various classes available as part of the membership ranging from spin to yoga and also have personal trainers, kids room and massage on site. Everyone who works there is super friendly and the clientele are great and I have made quite a few friends here! VERY CLEAN facility----staff does a great job and the cleanest gym I have attended. Stop in and talk to them about getting a pass to try the gym out-----you will definitely become a member!

I worked at a couple of nice gyms in the city some years ago (Equinox, Reebok Sports Club), and Motion Fitness has a similar feel to those gyms - up to date, very clean and well maintained, friendly and attentive staff, with a nice variety of offerings. And it doesn't feel like one of those hard-core gyms where every class pushes at a high intensity level - which is perfect for those who want to ease into getting in shape. (Of course if you want hard-core, you can find that there as well.) Motion Fitness feels very inclusive and welcoming to all people no matter what their age and fitness level. I also love that you never have to wait to get on a cardio machine any time of day, there's an excellent selection of free and machine weights, and they have babysitting services. I looked at a lot of local gyms before deciding, and Motion Fitness fit all my criteria. I'm very happy there.
