MOTION FITNESS CLUB HAS A PLAN TO HELP YOU SUCCEED

A program designed exclusively for you, with the attention of a personal trainer to see you through the path to personal fitness success, so you can stay on target and reach your fitness goals.

Every new member will be scheduled to meet with one of our fitness professionals on a one on one fitness orientation. You will discuss your fitness goals with him/her and later go through a workout routine that will test your fitness abilities.
