The foundation of our group training program is to build accountability and camaraderie with other members so you can stay on target and reach your fitness goals.
Whether you regularly train and are looking for a change or if you are just getting started in your fitness journey, we offer a variety of training options to meet your needs. If working out in a class isn’t your thing, we also offer a fully equipped gym where you can hit the weights or any of our other equipment!
Every new member will be scheduled to meet with one of our fitness professionals on a one on one fitness orientation. We’ll discuss your fitness goals and go through a workout routine that will test your fitness abilities.
We offer 60 minute sessions, as well as 30 minute sessions. Our different personal training packages are built to fit your schedule and budget.
